   "There are only two types of girls in the world. One category is beautiful girls with whom you can easily fall in love at first sight. The other category is also beautiful but takes time to identify them as beautiful". As per my personal experience, the relationship with second category lasts long. But the time to identify her as beautiful should not take much time, at least not until she hands you her wedding card. 

                     Everyone wishing Sunitha as she got best performer award for this year. I also wished her and asked for a treat. To my wonder, she said yes. My friend says, "If you treat a girl you will never forget her, if a girl treats you she will never forget the Treat". I guess, it means they are serious about money. Anyway, I met Sunitha almost a year back. She is just another girl on the first day I met her. We daily use to chat. We use to go for lunch together. Sometimes, we went to movies also. But, after a year whatever she does is different from other girls. I really don't know when exactly I started liking her. Actually, I am in love with her now. Problem here is I don't know how to find whether she has a boyfriend or not. I had asked my friend "How to find whether a girl has Boyfriend or not". The reply was like this "It’s very easy, if you have her phone number. Call her after 11, if you get call waiting, she has boyfriend". May be its correct, but cannot call her after 11 without a good reason.
                    Coming to the treat, we went to Barista. Conversation went on for few mins. I have strongly decided to know whether she has a boyfriend or not by end of the treat. I started like this, I have recently seen a movie by name "Varudu". I asked her "Did you see that movie?". She said "NO". I said "In that movie, hero would not see heroine, not even her photo but agrees for marriage". I added "It will never happen in real life". She smiled. I thought this is the correct time to talk about her marriage plans. After a while, I said "My parents are forcing me to get married". But I told them "I need sometime for marriage". Actually, I like love marriages not arranged. How about you? She said " I like Love story movies, but not Love marriages". And she said that she got engaged already. I didn't believe her. I thought she might be kidding. She said that her marriage would be on next month. She even suggested that arranged marriages are better. Bad part of it was, she asked me to come for her marriage at least before 2 days. My mind stopped working. Suddenly, everyone 

around me became dumb. I could not hear anything except my heart beat. She said many things about her Fiance which I really didn't pay attention. I am not Kamal Hasan to change my face expressions so that she cannot recognize that I am sad. Anyways, I tried to keep smiling. I don't know what to talk afterwards. I hardly remember,she paid the bill and said "You need to come to my marriage with your girlfriend". I never said her that I have girlfriend.  It doesn't mean that I have girlfriend, just because that I said "I like love marriages". I didn't want to correct her though. That’s the most painful day in my life. I usually never skip dinner, but this time skipped. Suddenly, I remembered that I didn't even say congrats to her. I took my phone and called, "it was call in waiting". I looked at the clock, it's 11:10. I was bit happy that my friend's formula worked. She called me back after few mins. I said "Hey I forgot to say congrats". She said It's OK, Thanks.  Actually, I like her voice in phone than normal. It's hard to tell to myself that I should not call her, should not look at her, should not even think about her. But there is no other way, I have to. I didn't sleep for the whole night. I couldn't go to office next day as well. Forgot to tell you, this is not first time that I got late in selecting my girl. Same thing happened in my B.Tech also. The moment I found my sweet heart in my 3rd year B.Tech, she already had a boyfriend from 1st year itself. 

                     After a week, I have received a mail of her with subject "My wedding invitation". Later found her FB status also changed from single to engaged. I was very eager to see her Fiancé pic. Every guy wants to see his crush's fiancé/husband photos, compares with him and concludes "I am much better than this guy". Of course, I am not exceptional. It took so many days for me to forget Suni. I tried to DELETE her from my mind, but didn't work. Later I found, in order to completely delete we need to SHIFT our mind to someone else. "Thanks to Bill Gates for his SHIFT+DELETE formula". I just realized that the friend I was talking about is also second category of girls. This time, I should not hesitate.

 I laugh at some movie scenes,where in hero thinks of heroine all the time and end up with one duet. Before meeting this girl,I never believed in such scenes Sometimes, it even happens to me except duet part.I really feel lucky to meet such a nice girl in my life.Her name is 'Sunitha'. If I were G Pulla Reddy(Andhra's famous sweet maker), I would have named a sweet with name "Sunitha".

       Today morning I was on my way to PVR forum on my bike, seen a car with name Sunitha. From then,till my way back to home I reminded her many times. I have seen a girl dressed in white chudidhar with blue scarf, the dress Sunitha wore when I met her fist time. And first time in my life, I liked white colour. Went to landmark and seen the sipper which she gifted me long back. I was expecting a nice gift from her on my b'day, but she gave this sipper and said 'I thought for entire night but could not get a better gift than this. I have asked what is so special about this. She smiled and it's not new one, I used it yesterday. What a crazy idea. Believe me guys, the water from that sipper is really sweet till now. I am sure if this idea gets leak to 'Archies',there will be more number of sipper bottles than anyother gifts for valentine's day. Not only this, her likes are different from any other girl.

        My idea of a girl is, who likes Chocolates,ice creams but Suni likes are Green tea,Mirchi bujji. I thought girls always like Teddy bears and greeting cards, she doesn't have special interest on both of them. Thinking girls like rain,I have asked her once while it was raining "Shall we walk in rain", she replied "Are you nuts, will fall sick". I wonder how girls talk with very low voice in phone but shouts if the the person is in front of her. No chance, She doesn't like to speak over phone much unless urgent.

 In short,If God gives me an "Order form" to manufacture a girl, I would tick for all her qualities.

                 Anyways,Though my wife doesn't have any of her qualities, I love my wife a lot. I found one truth that if you love a girl first,whatever she does would always be best compare to others. Memories are over,time to head back to home from PVR forum. Forgot to tell you one thing about Sunitha. Though I didn't marry her, I need her permission to make any money related transactions. Wondering why, her name became my bank's password.

"My instant Hobbies"


       Once I went to pvr forum, there I saw a guy drawing people's  faces in live. The faces were not their exact faces but added with some exaggerated face features. I didn't know what the art called,came to know that it is called caricature. I liked it very much. The very next day it became my hobby. Tried day and night to get that art. In work, in meetings everywhere I use to hold a paper and pen trying to draw. The story continued for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks the interest getting decreased day by day. Once in day later once in two days then weekly once and then now it became a memory. It's just one of the example of my instant hobby.
      Let me give you one of other example. While I was in +2, I got little strange hobby.I some how got interest in celebrity interviews. I mean, I was interested in the questions that the interviewer ask celebrity. I try to answer the questions before the celebrity answers. If the interview comes in new paper, I use to cover the answer and try my own answers. I somehow think, what if I become a celebrity and undergo some interview like that. Mostly my answers would never match with the celebrity's answers.this hobby also not lasted for many days. Actually,the frequency of this hobby decreased but now also I sometime try this.

  There are many hobbies like this till now.cannot explain each and everyone. I will just brief few of them.once I started liking violin tried to even buy,left it after few days.liked tunes of Ilayaraja, tried my own tunes with hum for some days.Tunes are still lying in my phone's"Voice recordings". Not great as expected though.inspired by a commercial ad tried to write such ad. Tried to make even some short movie,couldn't make it till now. 


Last and of course very least,liked few blogs, trying to write blogs like this and never know when would I "Say middle drop".

Caring for words ... THANKS,PLEASE.

   I met a person in US, after talking with him for few minutes,I came to know that this person's most commonly used word is THANKS. After meeting this person I thought for a moment, does this person really mean the word or not ? Afterwards, I met many people who uses same Word frequently. Let me give you an example, A guy asked me whether I have seen Rajesh or not. I said NO within no time. He said Thanks in return and left. That THANKS is just for my answer NO. I personally feel the favour that I did (Answering NO) doesn't deserve a word like THANKS.You might think what's the big deal to care for the word THANKS. I will let you know , how will it really matter.

                                              From my childhood if I say any word, I completely mean it. I never used to use any word just like that. Believe me, till now I had used these words very rarely. To be specific, I never misused these words. I sometime feel if you say Thanks for such a small favour,then what do you say for the help like saving your dear-one's life, may be your own life. I agree that a word really doesn't equal in return to the help of saving life. But, how sad to mention the same thing in the situations like I mentioned. All I want to say is, we are losing the importance of a word by misusing it. You might think for alternatives like THANKS a lot/ton, but the source of the sentence is still Thanks. Just think about it.

Let's check the word, PLEASE. This word is also not exceptional in this case. The frequency of usage for this word is also same as THANKS. I don't want to stress much on this. I just want to tell you one of the real case and conclude. Once I was asking for some help from my friend. He was not willing to help. After so much of trying to convince him, with a smile I said "I rarely use the word PLEASE, I tried not to use the word till now, cannot help it seems. PLEASE do this" :). All of sudden he agreed :). I haven't expected this at all. I am sure that if I had used PLEASE in the starting of our converse casually, the meaning of word would have lost. I mean, he would not have consider the word at all, as he might have heard the word quite often. Really, WORD POWER MADE EASY my life :)

So, feel the WORD and always mean it.

All about my friends !!!




In this blog,I want to introduce my friends. Don't worry, I am sure that you won't feel bore. Don't expect their names at any point .You will come to know in the end.

There was a friend of mine in my childhood who was really a good artist,scholar,singer, cricket player, cricket watcher, carom player and an ameture actor too. He won many prizes in drawing, singing competitions. Few days back i met him, he said that he lost interest in all the above mentioned extra curricular activities.He is now a software engineer. He is planning to learn Violin,planning to go for gym daily, planning to go for for cricket weekly. Everything is planned !!!

Here comes another friend in my college days. He is really a cool guy.He always tries to keep his friend's happy in his company. Sometimes,he cracks jokes on himself. I still remember some of his dialogues. In the chit chat time, he said - "At least once in my lifetime, I want to give interview in some of the TV channel. You know what, now itself I am preparing for some of the popular interview questions. After completing the interview, I want to give autographs to my fans. And I want to marry one of my fan". We use to laugh at his strange ideas. He is a Software engineer now. No, interviews in TV till date:).

One of my other is also having such strange ideas on love. He likes to see Love movies but not all. One day he said "I like to see love movies, but in the story there should not be any objection from the their parents for their love. The ending should be very happy". He says, he doesn't believe in LOVE marriages. Still he wants to propose a girl,but she should not say OK for his proposal. He says in the end that he doesn't want to miss the sentence "I LOVE YOU" telling to a girl in his life. I met him recently, he didn't tell that fascinating sentence to any girl till now.

Finally, its about me. I am a bit shy guy. I don't like to tell about myself much. Right from my childhood, I use to tell my strange,weird ideas on my friends :). I guess you have understood that all the above ideas of my friend's are actually mine.

                      Today is Saturday and a special day for me( let you know soon), half day session for my college. Classes have just got over. It's 12:30 PM exactly. I am heading towards parking lot for my two wheeler. And there is Sunitha in my favorite color chudidhar, its dark blue. I don't know why people say pink, orange, yellow are feminine colors. They look very pale (moreovere I hate them on girls). If you ask me, dark blue, dark red, dark green are cool colors for girls. Ok, coming to Suni (Sunitha) she looks damn cute today(at least for my eyes:) ). In college, everyone calls her Sunitha. But I call her Suni. You know what, there is a greatest pleasure in calling a girl with the first two letters (I mean in Telugu and Kannada). You can feel as if she is completely different person for you alone with a copyright of her short name. 

                     

                      I smiled looking at her, which I daily do ( but today is different :) ). She also smiled(Thank god she is not angry today !!!). There are many questions in my mind now. How would she respond? What if she gets angry? What if she laughs loudly (reason, you will come to know). I did many rehearsals on how to proceed, but nothing seems to be working now. Whatever happens I should not step back today. At last, I said "Suni, Can I take you out for lunch today?"(I didn't dare to look into her eyes while saying this !!!). Thank god, she didn't reply that she got "Dabba". She smiled cutely and said,” Which restaurant 'Ro'”? [By the way my name is Rohit, she outdid my two letters concept with one letter :)  (Again in Telugu,Kannada) ] I said -  “Pizza Hut ?”. I don't prefer Pizzas for lunch but Suni likes it. If I would've said Hyderabadi Biryani House(HBH) which I like most, she would've said a big NO. To my wonder she said “ How about Hyderabadi Biryani House ?” Great, Are you serious? She said –“Yes!”, within no time.

                      We are in HBH within just 15 mins. We booked a table for two. We sat facing each other. Till now everything is working well and good. She took the menu and ordered chicken 65,Chicken biryani and Thumbs up (Great, all are my favorites).  She looked at me for my turn. I understood that the order she placed was for me, because she never eats non veg. I understood, and looked into menu card for veg, which i never ordered till now. There is my friend who says, money spent on veg in restaurant is nothing but waste. But cannot escape now. I said - "Gobi-65". I couldn't think of anything except Gobi in veg section. And ordered one Veg Biryani, Lime soda as well. She smiled asked "Ro what’s special today ?".  I thought of saying, Mahesh new movie releasing today but didn't tell because the context is different now. I said - "Suni, it will really be a great day, wait for sometime”. We finished our lunch. I said- "Will you come with me to PVR forum?". She shook her head as if she is OK.

                    By 4:30 PM we are in PVR forum, which I like most in Bangalore. We went to Landmark spent some time in reading books (she doesn't really interested in reading books) and bought one book (I will let you know the title). Then to Levi's, bought one white Jeans for me which I've been looking for, from ages. Went to some handmade soaps shop and the side by chocolates shop too (bought few things again... hang on, I will let you know). Suni seem to be little bored. She asked me shall we leave, it’s already 6:00. I said - one moment and went to a shop to gift wrap few things. I have asked her to come to 4th floor for 5 mins. With no interest, she agreed. Here is the biggest moment guys. We went to 4th floor (Where there are only movie theatres, and I know that there wouldn’t be many people at this time). Movies might have started (It is time for 1st show :)). Very few people are there.

                 

                         I have handed the gift wrapped pack to her. I took a deep breath and said please open the pack. She was little surprised to see the gift pack and curious to know the gift.  On top, there was a book "Feel my love"(written by some IIM student. You can find all possible love titles now a days after these IIM students have started writing books) she smiled and there are few little heart biscuits (She really likes these biscuits), some chocolates. I've asked her to taste it, she did it. She found that, the whole pack is filled with the smell of handmade soap (Which I like most). In the end I looked into her eyes and hold her hands softly asked - "Do you feel my love now?” She said "I do !!". Guys, which girl will deny in such situation. I kept all her five sense organs busy with my love feel (reread, if you have any doubts :)). That's it I made my day. There was a movie poster just beside us, believe me or not the title of the movie is - "Love in shopping mall"(A tamil dub telugu movie :) ). I said her- shall we go my home. She laughed and said “Your home?, to my horror she said Okay !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

Me and suni are Asst profs in an Engineering college in Bangalore. We got married two years back. It was an arranged marriage. Marriage got over within two weeks from the day I first saw Suni. I felt that we missed some fun in our life. So on our second wedding anniversary, I asked her to come for a date ( Which you have just read across). She agreed for that with my force. But in the end she liked it like ANYTHING.
